perfect. Now just need to coat with and assemble. The half rings are intentional. That way I don't have to take the shafts apart anymore and you can use any ring. It doesn't matter which pair it is.

Long Drift tie rods shortened and adapted for normal use. Now comes a better screw on the inside of the unibal and steering

The first step has been taken, I had to reorder sensor holders. I overlooked the fact that I needed 2 left and 2 right ones. Small mistakes happen. But this way I can sell a complete set of holders.

Finally I've finished that too, the paint has hardened, the stickers/stripes are on, the screws are tightened.

After much deliberation, I chose this version of the ventilation. Colorless would also be an option, but I didn't want the holes to be visible. There will be fine grids over the holes, like on all ventilation systems, to keep insects, pickup trucks and other things out.

First assembly steps. There is space for everything, even the carbon cover fits over it.

Today I took a few steps on the steering. I installed the reinforcement/holder, rebuilt the second tie rod and installed the steering limiters that I made myself.

This car is so well done, the skills you are exhibiting are so superior and I'm wondering if this work of mechanical art should be in a museum? I don't usually comment much as every time I think this piece is done, you surprise me with another, superior mod. I'm almost afraid to be on here when you first drive it?

Anyway, well done sir, I hope it generates the interest it deserves!

Everything is fine, just don't worry. It's the time I have, because money doesn't always come in large quantities. This makes it easy for me to be as perfect as I want to be. It's also my personal standards and my joy in doing things that make many things look the way they do. If I can set a good example and motivate others, we've all already won.

I resisted for a long time because of the effort involved in installing it and transporting the bottles to events. Now I've decided and will implement it step by step, in a relaxed way. I'll start with the valve and mounting pot. I have a personal solution for the pot that I like better. For the cylinders, I'm going for AP Racing HD. I've already drawn my own air distributor. I'm still lacking ideas on how to best mount the cylinders.

Basically it will be easier to lift the car and use the skates. Currently the underbody/sill makes it difficult to lift it to 9 inches (23cm) on both sides with the jack.

My pot is deeper and conical. Better for the 2-finger operation of the valve. The valve is flush with the outer skin of the body. The distributor has 5 connections, 1 inlet, 4 outlets and can be screwed directly to the chassis.

A few more small things done. For example, the grilles for all the inlets and outlets in the interior were glued (side windows/rear window).

little things on the side. This has been an idea in my head for a long time. Photograph my original emblem and have it made into a sticker. And cut it out with a little manual work so that the illusion of an original emblem is created, but without the grandeur of the attached parts. Placed again almost in the original places, albeit with compromises.

After the brackets have been anodized, I have now finished mounting a sensor at the front. I was very lucky in several places that everything had space and nothing was touching. The assembly and adjustment was laborious.

The opening is of course sealed with gold foil so that no air escapes unnecessarily.

The beginning has been made. And the shape is better than what is available to buy. Sintered in PA12 with aluminum powder. It was important that it was deep enough so that nothing protruded and big enough that you could reach into it.

Mounted in the middle of the tail light and at the same height as the tailpipes. That was the best place.

My philosophy is to always find my personal optimum. Comparable commercially available products often do not meet this requirement. You can currently order this item in my new shop.
