Sure, the Aerovault trailer–designed by automotive legend and Classic Motorsports contributor Peter Brock–is a well-engineered and well-built enclosed trailer, but is the cost of entry worth it compared to “traditional” enclosed trailers? We spent some time towing various projects in various conditions, and here’s what we found. On paper, both the Shelby Mustang GT350 and the Sunbeam Tiger are somewhat similar in their use of Ford V8 power, rear-wheel drive and a sprinkling of love from Carroll Shelby himself. However, considering that one is an iconic pony car and the other is a V8-powered British roadster, the similarities seem to end there.

In a time when road-going cars were just starting to break the 100 mph mark, legendary driver Sir Malcolm Campbell went and tripled that speed at the Bonneville Salt Flats in 1935.

Granted, he was driving a purpose-built land speed car powered by a 2300-horsepower (and no, that’s not a typo) Rolls-Royce V12 engine.
