This is one of just three examples of the De Tomaso Pantera GT5-S delivered directly to Carroll Shelby. And, yes, a Carroll Shelby signature comes with it, too. (The man certainly loved signing things.)
The GT5-S comes with factory documents, a certificate of origin and other correspondence.
This example also underwent a “documented comprehensive restoration in 2021.”
