It's an early Chrysler Hemi in a '55 T-bird with a draw-through turbo and three carbs (two were gasoline and one fed methanol) that was built by a Garrett employee in 1963

Supposedly it was good for 1100hp and the goal was to do 200mph at Bonneville. I'm sure it was a terrifying, ill-mannered beast of a car, with the tire and suspension tech of the day and how crude those early draw-through turbo setups were.
This customer must have pissed someone off. They filled the valve cover full of sand on his 3500HD dump truck. They also got his big dump truck, a skidsteer, and a feller buncher the same way.
