Yeah, we're not supposed to fly closer than 500 ft. to cloud base but on a 90* day sitting in a plastic greenhouse; sometimes you just get the canopy misty and open the window. Take the big hat off, get a drink of water and breathe in.

That is the good looking second-gen, not the ugly second-gen.
Cars seem to be the opposite of airplanes: the first year is the best. '70(.5) Camaro looked good and could be had with the LT1, which was a stroked DZ302 after the SCCA relaxed the homologation rules. The '81 Camaro was built on worn out tooling so the chassis were sloppy and the fits were poor, the Endura bumpers looked like crap, and they were available with the amazing 229 six...
